Data Entry for Shipping Materials
Data Entry specialist needed for shipping and payroll materials input.
Responsibilities:
Process shipment-related documents and inventory-related materials
Cross-referencing duties to ensure proper customer/project information/order correlation
Data input for employee time sheets / doublechecking sheet with attendance
Coordinate with employees’ supervisors regarding attendance issues
Review and check daily payroll materials
Review shipping/transport materials for discrepancies
Ensure correct billing
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Fast data input speed
Type 40-50 WPM
Must be familiar with Microsoft spreadsheet and wordprocessing software
No college degree needed — High school diploma required
1 to 2 years data entry experience and 2 years of clerical work experience
