Babies and toddlers are probably the most demanding of children. Babies are of delicate age, and need constant interaction with their moms. This is where the crucial bond between mother and child is made. They need special care and, maybe, a cuddle or two from their moms every now and them. As for toddlers, they constantly need attention. They are at the age wherein they are exposed to television (and all its “bad” influences) and their playmates who may push incorrect ideas into their minds. A mom should ideally be around to guide them, as well as tend to their whims.

It is a hard task to play mother and work at the same time. It makes the home inconducive to work. However, it still is the best alternative for earning and taking care of the family at the same time. The working mom would just have to adopt a strict scheduling of time so she’s sure to fulfill all her responsibilities. She can try to work in specific time blocks and stick with this work schedule. This way she can focus on her deliverables at given times. She can also seek the help of relatives or nannies to attend to the children while she works. The working mom can just snuck in some time with them whenever she allows herself a break. The important thing is that she is around for her children.
